The DUAL-ZONE System keeps food cool until it's time to prepare it. Two sensors control critical open food for better keeping temperatures in this all-stainless steel, energy-efficient device. Two patented Kwick Cool coils, provide immediate cooling to separate the easy-to-clean compartments.

  • The DUAL ZONE will hold food at 37° even in a 102° temperature environment, even with the lid open.
